The heart of our manufacturing process is precision machining and grinding - particularly the internal and outside diameter of the arbor shaft and the entire external surface of the suspension rod.

Many of the ground surfaces are held to a tolerance of 0.0002 inches during the machining process.
Marvel ensures the durability of its product by fully hardening metals and plating surfaces when appropriate.

All Marvel products are rigorously balanced and inspected to maintain absolute quality control over every piece prior to shipment.
All individual components of any product are individually measured and calibrated by the Quality Control Department before final assembly of the product. This occurs independently of any measuring and calibration that occurs during the manufacturing process.

Adaptors are individually balanced. Arbors are subject to final calibration in our unique, specialized balancing chamber so that our equipment will maintain accuracy and repeatability under a wide range of balancing conditions.

All assembled balancing kits are subject to a further final inspection and certification before they are carefully packaged for shipment.
